Tyson Smith, AICP, Esq., has been working for Monroe County on matters ranging from telecommunications, working waterfronts, inclusionary housing, and growth management defense and implementation. In 2018, following adoption of the County’s Year 2030 Comprehensive Plan, Tyson participated in the review of the Land Development Code the County prepared to implement the new plan, including revisions related to the County’s Rate of Growth Ordinance and other planning and environmental standards.
