Manatee County is one of more than 50 local governments throughout Florida that WSC planners and attorneys have worked with over the last 30 years. In addition to the usual challenges that an impact fee update brings, we helped Manatee County navigate challenging new statutory requirements and, in addition, developed a new approach to developer credits that would help keep the County’s capital improvement planning program aligned with impact fee revenues and qualified credits.
