WSC planners have worked with numerous communities in Arizona and the southwest, including the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community adjacent to Scottsdale. Following our development of the Community’s first impact fee program in 2005, we were asked to assist in five (5) subsequent updates to the Community’s program.
In addition, we developed forms and processes to assist in the administration of the Community’s unique framework and approach. This work included the preparation of a detailed credit agreement template with annotated directions for tailoring each agreement to a proposed development’s situation and particular needs, including credit valuation, calculations, transfers, reimbursements, and enforcement.
Other Arizona impact fee clients have included: Avondale, Flagstaff, Goodyear, Queen Creek, Maricopa County, Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, and Yuma.
