Murr v. Wisconsin is a landmark 2017 U.S. Supreme Court decision involving regulatory takings. Mark White presented "Protecting Water Resources after Murr v. Wisconsin" with Ellen Denzer and Kevin Grabau of St. Croix County, Wisconsin, at the 2018 American Planning Association National Conference. White & Smith is currently rewriting the St. Croix County zoning regulations with MSA and Kendig-Keast Collaborative.
