Senior Associate in Planning & Urban Design
Justin Wallace, AICP, CNU-A, brings over 15 years of experience in both public and private sectors to WSC’s planning implementation efforts. With a background in planning, urban design, and architecture, he offers creative problem-solving and design-driven solutions. Justin has worked extensively with communities on plans, policy development, and zoning implementation. He enjoys the process of clarifying a community vision and translating it into effective policy and regulatory tools. His work often includes the use of visual methods to communicate and implement planning objectives. His local government experience includes implementing form-based codes, regulatory updates, and urban design best practices, including regularly interfacing with the public, development community, and elected officials. Earlier in his career, Justin has served on and facilitated design review boards, contributed to architectural projects across the Southeast, and guided projects through local entitlements and permitting processes. At White Smith Cousino, Justin is currently engaged in planning and zoning projects across the Southeast, Southwest, and Midwest.
